Intermediate Girls 7+ years

Intermediate Girls 7+ years is targeted at those girls who have attended  Beginner Girls classes and have mastered all the beginner level skills. Gymnasts are assessed each term for readiness to move into Intermediate classes.

Recreational classes are for children who would like to develop their gymnastic skills while working on strength and flexibility. Classes are fun, challenging and include instruction on all gymnastics apparatus; Vault, Bar, Beam, Floor and Trampoline.

• Intermediate Girls classes are 90 minute classes and are $197.00 per term. 
• A Gymnastics NZ affiliation fee of $11 per term included in the fee above  
• Class assessments during Terms 2 and 4 $8.00.  

There are 3 types of recreational gymnastics classes - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes. Coaches will move gymnasts into the Intermediate and Advanced classes based on skill levels and experience. 

Note:  Gymnasts are assessed by coaching staff prior to acceptance into Intermediate and Advanced classes.  Current gymnasts are assessed, based on skill level and experience, towards the end of each term. Gymnasts are notified prior to the start of term if they are able to move up classes.  New members will be assessed by a coach prior to joining the class. 

Intermediate Girls Classes run on the following days/times:

Tuesday 5:30pm - 7:00pm (Invite only)
Wednesday  4:30pm - 6:00pm (Invite only)
Thursday 5:30pm-7:00pm (Invite only)
Friday 5:30pm-7:00pm (Invite only)
Saturday  12:00pm - 1:30pm (Invite only)

Please note: There are limited numbers of children for each class and classes may sell out.
