Notice of the annual general meeting of Waitakere Gymnastics Incorporated

Dear member,

This is to advise you of the upcoming annual general meeting of the members of Waitakere Gymnastics Inc. The details of this meeting are as follows:

Date: Thursday, 7th April 2022

Time: 6.00pm

Place: Olympic Park, 38 Portage Road, New Lynn

At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:

• find out about Waitakere Gymnastic’s operations and finances
• ask questions about the operations and finances of Waitakere Gymnastics
• speak about any items on the agenda
• vote on any resolutions proposed.

At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:

• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report and financial statements.
• elect officers.

Attached is a nomination form to nominate yourself or someone else for one of the office

holders’ positions if you can’t make the meeting.
